Bawley Bush Weddings is a DIY wedding-with-accommodation venue that no longer offers "packages" as such. Rather it has an easy-to-understand seasonally variable tariff policy that applies to weddings, retreats and group holidays. Minimum night stays and minimum and maximum group sizes apply to all events.   Note that any deposit made for an event that needs to be cancelled for Covid virus reasons will be fully refunded.

 

All wedding tariffs include exclusive whole-of-property access, core-guest accommodation, a choice of inside or outside celebration spaces together with ancillary event equipment, a well-equipped caterer's kitchen and an inside or outside BYOG bar. There is plenty of refigeration. Choose your own service providers or pick from our list of experienced suppliers. Food trucks, drinks vans etc are welcome.

Our venue tariff consists of the accommodation tariff, a fixed facility access fee, and a variable per-person-attending-event fee. Extras could include the marquee fee and any deduction made from the bond for non-compliance with our conditions. Our only venue optional-extra is a marquee package which consists of fabric stretched over our 175sqm hexadome marquee frame, 6 zip-in panels with zippable doors and roll-out flooring. We no longer charge rent for ground used by 3rd party providers (eg, marquees, food trucks).  

To estimate costs use following table and add these together: Accommodation (# of persons staying  X # nights X overnight tariff pp) + Facility fee (No of days function facility used X fixed facility fee) + Variable Facility fee ( no of people attending function X pp wedding tariff)  and add hexadome marquee if required. Request formal quote for confirmation.

The tariff for all event bookings provides access to the Cockatoo Function Area from noon on the first day until 3pm on the last day. Included facilities not mentioned above consist of 6 toilets (one with disability access), 3 showers, a bar kitchenette, large lounge area that can seat 35, upstairs green room and utility area for event principals, refrigerators and deep freezes, crockery/cutlery/glassware for up to 120#, 12 channel music and PA system, mirror ball, rising stage and stage lighting, powered speakers, 2 wood stoves, tables and chairs for 120, a winchable guest-operable lighting truss on marquee frame white tablecloths for each table and napkins for each diner.
